What was it that got you into IM?
To be honest…it was purely by accident.  I remember reading one of those emails we all get about how this product is going to make me so much money I could retire.  Then I read another and another…I worked out they were all full of  ”£$%^ so I thought to myself I could do better than that, so I looked into it and here I am.

How did you find out about JT’s Course?
I bought the 90 day Powerseller Challenge off of eBay and then received an email from John.

What do you do for a living?
I am a professional  salesman and I have been selling all sorts of products and services for the last 20 years or so.  I have recently agreed to work with a local company as a contractor.  This will be good sales challenge for me and it will be a test of all my sales skills.  It will also allow me more time to concentrate on my online interests.  This site being one of them.

What is your chosen Niche? 
Internet Marketing for my main blog, as well as offering help on the John Thornhill Fan Club.
I am a PGA Qualified Golf Coach, so I plan to run my own online Golf Academy.  The membership site is already built I am just working on the content.  I don’t expect this to go live until deep into 2010.

What is the one thing you most like about JT’s course? 
I would say all the Video instruction, especially all the techy stuff.  I think it’s because I found it so gard to get my head around, until I watched the videos.  Now it’s easy ahem.  I also really like the Forum, this was one of the reasons I approached Mandy when we originally decided to set up this site.

What is the one thing you least like about JT’s course? 
Getting the course instalment on a Monday night and then having to wait all week for the next part of the course.

What’s been your biggest IM success to date?
Going from a standing start with no IT skills and learning the process of how to create and market an online product.   

What are your goals for the future?
With Mandy’s help, to make the John Thornhill Fan Club a very succesful membership site, providing quality informaton, first class support and a welcoming place for all.
Would you recommend JT’s course to anyone else?
Absolutely.  Let’s be straight about it…I helped to create a Fan Club for John…that speaks volumes for the quality of his teachings.

Have you changed your goals at any point during your IM journey? If so, please explain: how, why, when?
After reading all of the initial IM emails I’d received, I thought I should like to do that and become rich.  My goals now are to provide a level of income that will allow me to become full time Internet Marketer but more importantly IM allows me to work at the times of day that I choose to, which in turn means I have more time available for all the important things in life which for me are  family, health, sports and reading

Any comments you would like to share?
I sold my car so that I could afford to enrol on John’s Marketing Masterclass.  It was worth every penny.
If you have any real ambitions to make yourself an income online then you really need to get some help and instruction from someone that knows what they are doing.

What do you do for a living?
I am a Department of Defense Police Office at the Pentagon.

What was it that got you into IM?
I wanted to keep Jay working during his retirement…If I gotta work….he’s gotta work!

How did you find out about JT’s Course?
I was already opted into JT’s blog, so he emailed me.

What is your chosen Niche? 
Hmmm… hard question.  We have many ways we want to go.  So far we are doing standard Internet Marketing informational/help stuff with the jaylynne.com site and the ourgreenlifebiz site is all about going green and teaching everyone about green technologies and how everyone can make minor changes in thier lives with BIG positive impacts in the world around them.  We still have discussions about other niche’s.

What is the one thing you most like about JT’s course? 
I really like the writing.  Articles, Blogs, Posts, eBooks, all of it!  Next would be the research it takes to have the good content I need for a document.

What is the one thing you least like about JT’s course? 
The techy side.  Jay does the techy stuff.

What’s been your biggest IM success to date?
Getting Jay to do all the techy stuff while I play with researching and writing.

What are your goals for the future? 
We are going to start another web site (with help and products) about DOGS of all things.  We currently have 5 dogs.  All of them are hard cases (could not be adopted) that really needed a home.

Jay and I both have worked with the Orange County Virginia Humane Society and the local shelter.  So we know first hand on how animals are mistreated and abused.    We also know the training and caring involved in rehabilitating these little guys. 

It is truly amazing that you can take a dog, beat him near death, don’t feed them, full of fleas and ticks and then clean them up, mend their wounds,  treat their anomiles and presto, they become loving caring and loyal family members.  It ALWAYS amazes me……..have I got some personal experience to share.

Would you recommend JT’s course to anyone else?
YES, of course!

What do you do for a living?
I’m retired from 37 years of US Government Service.  I worked in communications which evolved into Information Management.  I built communications systems and data centers all over the world in support of the US and several other countries.  I became a dinasor so I retired.  Now I just have hobbies and help where I can….then there is this little thing called internet marketing.

What was it that got you into IM?
I had built web sites for friends over many years so I figured I may as well make the plunge.  I told my wife that if we were going to do this gig that I wanted to do it right and get the appropriate training…..therefore JT’s class is a blessing.

How did you find out about JT’s Course?
Lynne (my wife) was already opted into JT’s blog, so we found out through one of Johns emails.

I think the forum is the number one thing that does it for me.  All the interaction between the students has been a great help for all of us I think.  Any time you have a question, just put it out there and you have all sorts of help and opinions.  Mandy and Steve have been a couple of the biggest helpers in my opinion.

What is the one thing you least like about JT’s course? 
If I have to pick one thing it would be choosing the niche (probably everyones other than writing the ebook).  But I have to say the way that John had us work through process, everything actually went pretty smoothly (just nerves…once you get past them, they are behind you.

What’s been your biggest IM success to date?
Being we haven’t finished the course yet and my product site hasn’t gone hot to date, I would say my IM success would be attending JT’s course.  I have learned so much and met such interesting people and we are all helping each other and (should I say it?) I am having a great time with the class.

So Hmmm….success by whos definition?  I think being an old fart, learning new things, making new friends, helping others and having fun….yep I think I’m pretty successful.

That is a big YES! I already have told many folks about JT’s course.  It has been a really great ride.

Any comments you would like to share?
I think the main thing that I would like to share is that if you are serious about Internet Marketing, that you HAVE to sign up for the Marketing Masterclass or Mentorship Monthly by John Thornhill.  He shares so much information in a multitude of media that anyone can understand this stuff. 
This class has been the best thing I have ever invested in, period.
